A CNC process is used on the Classic Style AMB / MyLaps transponder. Old style transponder is a bit more manual work.
All transponders are tested for internal charging rates, running rates, and signal strength.
Average turnaround time is 5-days, most of that is testing time.
DP transponders can be rewired, and old style DP transponders can be repaired or rewired.
